Either full payment or a deposit is required at the time of registration. Monthly payment plans are available. All payments must be completed by September 1, 2027. Early Bird and Standard registration options apply.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing (retreat theme clothing optional), a Bible, a notebook, and an open heart ready for renewal and connection.

Any coupon issued for the Lead in Love Marriage Retreat is a standalone offer and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, including the Early Bird Special.

Guests who cancel their registration in writing before September 1, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time may request a refund of eligible payments, less a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations must be submitted by email or through the official registration process. The date and time the cancellation request is received will determine whether it meets the deadline.

Cancellations on or After September 1, 2027

All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE beginning September 1, 2027, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

Any cancellation received on or after the deadline will not qualify for a refund. This policy applies to deposits, installment payments, partial payments, and payments made toward an outstanding balance.

Partial Payments and Outstanding Balances

Partial payments are applied toward the total registration balance and are subject to the same cancellation policy as deposits and full payments.

If a guest cancels before the deadline, eligible payments may be refunded after deducting the $50 administrative fee. If the $50 administrative fee exceeds the amount paid, no additional amount will be due from the guest.

If a guest cancels on or after the deadline, all payments made will be forfeited, and any unpaid balance will generally be cancelled unless otherwise stated in the registration agreement. Failure to complete scheduled payments or failure to attend the retreat does not automatically qualify a guest for a refund.

Emergencies and Special Circumstances

Refunds for emergencies or other exceptional circumstances are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Lead in Love Marriage Retreat. Guests may be asked to provide reasonable documentation.

Approved exceptions may result in a partial refund, credit, transfer to another eligible attendee, or another remedy determined by the retreat organizers. Any transfer must be approved in advance, and the replacement attendee must satisfy all registration requirements.

Travel interruptions, illness, changes in personal circumstances, work conflicts, weather affecting individual travel plans, and failure to attend generally do not qualify for an automatic refund. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance and any other coverage they consider appropriate.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If Lead in Love Marriage Retreat is cancelled by the organizers, registered guests will receive a refund of payments made, less any nonrecoverable costs that are clearly communicated to guests, or another remedy offered by the organizers.

If the retreat is postponed, guests may choose to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event or request a refund under the terms communicated at that time. The organizers are not responsible for airfare, transportation, lodging booked outside the retreat registration, lost wages, or other incidental expenses.

If the event is cancelled or postponed because of circumstances beyond the organizers’ reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, the organizers will communicate available options as soon as reasonably possible.

Why This Policy Is Necessary

Lead in Love Marriage Retreat makes financial commitments for hotel accommodations, meals, activities, entertainment, staffing, and other event expenses in advance. Because these commitments are made on behalf of registered guests and may become nonrefundable, the cancellation deadline allows us to plan responsibly and provide the retreat experience as promised.
